If you plan on catching a flight out of New Jersey, and you have to park your vehicle in the airport parking lot, I feel very sorry for you. The rate for parking at Newark Airport has skyrocketed in the last 4 years.
The price is so unbearable and very expensive. An average family goes on vacation for a total of 7 days. The price for parking at Newark Airport for 1 day is $24 dollars, the airport is killing the average family who’s trying to take a modest vacation during these very hard time. $24 dollars a day for 7 days totals $168 dollars. You would think during this economic crisis, the airport would be most understanding.
They need to reduce their rates so that people can utilize their service. If you are not looking into spending $168 dollars for 7 days, you may want to search elsewhere for your parking needs. There are several options and alternatives for parking in the Newark airport area.
The Newark International Airport is located near Route 1. There are excellent bargains near the airport. Drive around to find the best prices.
